Niraj Shah

CEO, Co-Founder and Co-Chairman

Niraj Shah is the CEO and Co-Chairman of Wayfair. Niraj co-founded Wayfair with Steve Conine in 2002 and the pair rapidly grew the business to become the largest online retailer of home furnishings, housewares and home improvement goods in the U.S., generating $12.2 billion in net revenue for full year 2022. Wayfair has extensive operations in North America and Europe and employs approximately 14,000 people. Wayfair's family of brands include Wayfair, Joss & Main, AllModern, Birch Lane, Perigold, and Wayfair Professional.

Before founding Wayfair, Niraj served as CEO and co-founder of Simplify Mobile, Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Greylock Partners, COO and a member of the board of iXL, and the CEO and co-founder of Spinners, which was sold to iXL in 1998. Niraj has been included in Fortune Magazine's 40 Under 40, and has won the Ernst and Young's Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Niraj is on the board of the Massachusetts Competitive Partnership, the Cornell Tech Council, the MIT Presidential CEO Advisory Board, and the MGH President’s Council. He is a former board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. Niraj holds a B.S. in engineering from Cornell University.

Steve Conine

Co-Chairman and Co-Founder

Steve Conine is the co-founder and co-chairman of Wayfair, one of the world’s largest destinations for home furnishings, housewares, home improvement goods and more. Steve leads the many innovations that give Wayfair a technological edge in the online retail business - from the development of architecting software systems to leveraging next-generation technologies such as augmented reality and artificial intelligence.

Prior to co-founding Wayfair, Steve co-founded Spinners Incorporated, an IT services firm. Spinners provided custom application development services to Fortune 500 companies including AOL Time Warner, The New York Times, JP Morgan Chase, and Merrill Lynch. Steve was integral to the development of all technology solutions that Spinners created. He led Spinners to revenue and net income growth of 300% per year while maintaining a 30% net income margin. In 1998, Spinners was sold to iXL, a publicly traded global technology consulting firm.

Today, Steve is a member of the Board of Directors at CarGurus, a leading global online automotive marketplace. Steve graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Adam Sinoway

Vice President, Global Supplier Organization

Adam leads the Global Supplier Organization for Wayfair. He oversees the global teams in Shanghai and in Europe, Wayfair Canada, along with Perigold, Planning and Inventory Management, Supplier Advertising, Global Partner Support and Supplier Marketing. Prior to his current role, Adam led Wayfair’s Home Improvement business, which he transformed from a fledgling business into what is now a market-leading offering that’s scaling rapidly. Before joining Wayfair in 2013, Adam was part of the New Balance Licensing & Brand Extension team. Adam earned his B.A. from Middlebury College and M.B.A. from Boston University.

Allie Lowe

Director, Global Head of Supplier Inventory Management

Allie leads Wayfair's global supplier inventory management team, working closely with our suppliers to design inventory strategies using CastleGate and supplier dropship facilities. Allie has been at Wayfair for 6 years, and previously held various roles across Wayfair's commercial organization. Prior to Wayfair, Allie worked at L.E.K. Consulting, partnering with consumer and private equity clients to design growth and acquisition strategies. Allie holds a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Arun Batra

Director, Supplier Advertising and Housewares & More Vertical

Arun joined Wayfair in 2018 and leads several teams at Wayfair, including Supplier Advertising, Housewares & More, and our Retail Technology and Analytics org. Prior to Wayfair, Arun was at the Boston Consulting Group where he was a topic leader in Digital and Innovation across several industries. He holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Columbia University.

Corey Gilbertson

Vice President of Platforms, Services & Sales

Corey oversees several Platform Capabilities including Retail Pricing, Competitor Intelligence, Merchandising, Consumer Financing, Loyalty & In-Home Services as well as Wayfair’s B2B & Global Sales units and its Business Trends function. Corey joined Wayfair in 2010 in Category Management and has held leadership roles overseeing Analytics, Product, Strategy, and Data Science teams building core competencies in Pricing, Demand Modeling, Cost Estimation, and Product Assortment throughout the years. Corey holds a B.A. in Economics from Hamilton College.

Dave DeSandre

Chief Commercial Officer, Wayfair Professional

Dave is the Chief Commercial Officer for the B2B business, Wayfair Professional, overseeing the go-to-market strategies for each of the industries we serve. Prior to Wayfair, Dave was a leader in the Private Equity Practice of Boston Consulting Group. He earned his MBA and MEM at Kellogg School of Management and his ScB in Engineering at Brown University.

Devin Zandonella

Rugs Category Management

Devin leads the Rugs business at Wayfair.com within the Global Supplier Organization. In this role, she develops the e-commerce strategy for Wayfair's Rugs category, supports the growth of Wayfair's family of brands across specialty, luxury, and retail stores, and oversees a team that manages key vendor relationships within the category. Devin joined Wayfair in 2016 and has held various roles in Category Management and Supplier Acquisition, where she managed some of Wayfair's largest supplier partnerships. Prior to Wayfair, Devin worked  at Cosi Inc., a national restaurant company, managing Social Media and internal marketing. She holds a B.S.B.A. in Business Management from Stonehill College.

Fiona Tan

Chief Technology Officer

Fiona Tan joined Wayfair in 2020 and is currently Global Head of Customer and Supplier Technology. She is responsible for driving the continued growth of Wayfair’s world-class Engineering organization while setting the vision and strategy for the development of systems and technologies that shape customer and supplier experiences. In addition, she has a lead role as Chair of Wayfair’s Executive Council on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Prior to Wayfair, Tan served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Technology at Walmart, where she was responsible for innovation and engineering execution. Tan has a master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Jon Blotner

President of Commercial and Operations

Jon Blotner is Wayfair’s President, Commercial and Operations, overseeing strategy and execution for the company’s global retail businesses, including Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising, Pricing, Category, Physical Retail, Proprietary & Specialty Brands, and its luxury brand, Perigold. In addition to the commercial business, Jon manages the company’s global operations from our supplier relationships and logistics to ensuring excellent end-to-end services for customers. Prior to that, he oversaw the company’s Exclusive Brands and Specialty Retail Brands, which include AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane and Perigold, as well as Wayfair’s global pricing, forecasting, and merchandising systems and teams.

Before joining Wayfair, Jon served as President of Gemvara.com until it was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2016. Prior to Gemvara, Jon worked for Bain & Company in Boston, Mass. He holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Justin Eckelman

Director, Home Improvement & Planning and Inventory Management

Justin has been at Wayfair for almost 8 years. In addition to being the the GM of Wayfair US's Home Improvement vertical (consisting of; Lighting, Plumbing, Hardware, Flooring, Appliances, Cabinetry and Garage storage), he also leads our Omni Channel Inventory Planning teams. Prior to joining Wayfair, Justin spent 5 years at Amazon serving as the head of their Retail Shoe category and also led the geographic expansion and profit strategy teams for Amazon Fresh. Justin holds a B.A. in Business Management from Northeastern University.

Kate Gulliver

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Administrative Officer

Kate Gulliver is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer for Wayfair, the $12B revenue global e-commerce business. In this capacity Kate leads the Finance, Talent, Legal, Corporate Communication and Real Estate functions. Kate formerly was the Chief People Officer at Wayfair where she was responsible for global human capital management, including recruiting, organizational design, talent management, talent analytics, compensation, and learning and development. Prior to leading the talent function, Kate managed the company's Investor Relations team where she drove all communication and relationship development with outside investors, and led the company through its initial public offering (IPO) in 2014. Previously, Kate worked as an investor for nearly five years at Bain Capital, the Boston based private equity firm. At Bain Capital Kate focussed on retail and consumer transactions, including, among other transactions, the acquisition of Canada Goose, the outerwear brand, Skylark, at the time Japan’s largest fast casual restaurant chain. She started her career in consulting at McKinsey & Company. Kate is on the board of Dana Farber Cancer Institute. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from Yale University.

Liza Lefkowski

Vice President, Curation, Brands and Stores

Liza oversees all curated programs and experiences for the Wayfair brand, as well as General Management of the Specialty Brands (AllModern, Joss & Main, Birch Lane), and end-to-end strategy and operation for the company’s growing fleet of Physical Retail stores. Over her tenure she has also led the Global Promotions program, Brand Development and the Creative teams. Before joining Wayfair, Liza was a Principal in the Retail and Private Equity practices at Bain & Company. She holds an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School and a Sc.B. in Computer Science from Brown University.

Lydia Ng

Director, Global Returns & Incidents

Lydia Ng leads Wayfair’s Global Returns and Incidents team, driving strategy and execution across customer experience, supplier programs, and internal capabilities for returns and incidents management. With nearly 20 years of experience in operations, execution, and strategy, she has held leadership roles at Boston Consulting Group and Singapore Changi Airport. Lydia holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Niraj Nagrani

Vice President, Global Supplier Technology

Niraj leads GenAI enabled Partner Home Technology Platform for Catalog Merchandising, Curation, B2B, Ads and Pricing here at Wayfair. Before joining Wayfair, he served as the VP of Engineering at Google responsible for ML/AI based web/mobile experiences and Data Platform for many Google’s 1B+ user products. Prior to that, Niraj spent 20+ years in B2C and B2B companies transforming and building technology platforms and teams across various F100, VC & PE funded companies like Ancestry.com. American Express, Microsoft, Oracle, SnapLogic.

Nitin Kapoor

Vice President, Supply Chain & Retail Technology

Nitin Kapoor is the VP of Supply Chain & Retail Technology at Wayfair, and is an entrepreneur and two time co-founder of Ecommerce and Supply Chain technology companies. Prior to joining Wayfair, Nitin was GM of Supply Chain at Shopify, responsible for building out the Shopify Fulfillment Network. Previously, Nitin has spent time leading ultra scaled fulfillment systems and global teams in Amazon Supply Chain; and as CTO/CPO of various digital retail and logistics tech companies. Nitin has 25+ years of expertise in building cloud-based and event driven systems for e-commerce order/inventory management, supply chain operations, and omnichannel retail.

Owen Metcalf

Vice President, Supply Chain & Retail Technology

Owen leads our Catalog Merchandising teams, responsible for product addition, catalog enrichment, product compliance and on site merchandising display. Owen joined Wayfair in 2019, prior to which he worked for the Boston Consulting Group in the US and South Africa. He holds a Masters Degree in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Cape Town.

Patty Cobbett

Head of Global Partner Support

Patty leads the Global Partner Support organization at Wayfair, providing support and service for Suppliers, Carriers and other partners as they manage their day to day business on Wayfair. Since joining Wayfair in 2010, Patty has held a variety of roles across Operations, Merchandising, and Partner Support. Patty holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Boston University and an MBA from Questrom School of Business.

Paul Toms

Chief Marketing Officer

Paul Toms oversees Wayfair’s global marketing and customer service organizations. In Paul’s 18+ year Wayfair career, he has grown within the organization and led many commercial teams, including pricing, supplier experience, specialty retail brands, and a rotation as the Chief People Officer leading our Talent organization. Paul holds a B.A. in economics from Boston University.

Rick DiPaolo

General Manager, Loyalty

Rick is the General Manager of Loyalty at Wayfair, responsible for growing share of wallet and brand preference across Wayfair's customer file. Rick joined Wayfair in 2017 and has held various roles across Operations and Marketing, most recently leading Wayfair's mobile app marketing function. Prior to Wayfair, Rick worked in middle market investment banking and private equity. Rick holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, as well as a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Ryan Fitzpatrick

Vice President of Wayfair Global Selling and Head of Furniture, Decor, and Soft Home.

Ryan is the Vice President of Wayfair Global Selling and Head of the Furniture, Décor, and Soft Home businesses for North America. Since joining Wayfair in 2006, he has held a variety of leadership roles in Category Management across both the United Kingdom and North America. In his current role, Ryan is responsible for curating the most compelling assortment for customers and ensuring a best-in-class experience throughout the entire purchase journey—from pre-order to post-order. A key part of his remit includes identifying and partnering with top suppliers and manufacturers around the world to bring high-quality, on-trend products to market and meet evolving customer needs. Ryan graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Bates College.

Sascha Hower

Vice President, Global Supply Chain

Sascha serves as Chief Global Supply Chain Officer, leading our Global Supply Chain setup end-to-end, including: Castle Gate Forwarding, CastleGate Fulfilment, Transportation (3rd party & Wayfair Delivery Network), Returns and Incidents Prevention & Management as well as Industrial Engineering and Supply Chain Solutions. Prior to Wayfair, Sascha was a partner at McKinsey. He was also the COO at Singapore Post Group and CEO of Quantium Solutions, SingPost's international eCommerce logistics arm. He holds a PhD in Corporate Finance and Taxation from the University of Bayreuth.

Shantanu Das

Director, Global Service & Primary Sales

Shantanu Das leads Global Service & Primary Sales at Wayfair. bringing nearly two decades of experience in customer experience, operations management, product design-to-value and procurement. At Wayfair, he began his journey leading Global Merchandising Operations. Prior to joining Wayfair, Shantanu was with McKinsey & Company for over a decade, where he led transformation programs across multiple industries and global markets. His deep institutional knowledge and commitment to agility have been key to nurturing and developing high-performing teams dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Shrenik Sadalgi

Director, Wayfair Next

Shrenik Sadalgi leads Wayfair Next - a far-future R&D team where he and his team are pioneering the future of retail and home by leveraging emerging technologies and inventing new ones. Shrenik serves as the founding chair of the Khronos 3D Commerce Working Group - a group of leading retail and technology companies exploring the opportunity to accelerate the adoption of 3D experiences by establishing a set of universal standards for platform-agnostic 3D model creation and distribution. His work has been published in various conferences such as SIGGRAPH, SIGCHI, & UIST, and has presented talks at events such as SXSW, AWE, ShopTalk, Shop.org & NRF Retail Converge. Shrenik is often quoted in articles on TechCrunch, WSJ, Fortune, FastCompany and VentureBeat. He won the Retail Innovator of the Year in 2019 and his work has been the recipient of Edison & Webby awards.

Taylor Fitzpatrick

Director, Specialty Retail Brands

Taylor oversees all the Specialty Retail Brands. Previously, she was the General Manager for Birch Lane. She has also worked as the Head Merchant for Perigold and led the launch of that brand. She has been with the company since 2010 and has run a variety of Category Management teams across the Wayfair and B2B businesses.

Vinay Badami

Head of Wayfair International

Vinay Badami is the Head of Wayfair International, leading the Europe and Canada businesses. Vinay joined Wayfair in 2017 and previously held leadership roles across Perigold, Specialty Retail Brands, and Wayfair US categories. Prior to joining Wayfair, Vinay was an Engagement Manager with L.E.K. Consulting, focused on retail and consumer practices. Vinay holds an MBA and BS in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Cornell University.

Vipul Sardana

Director, Castle Gate Forwarding

Vipul Sardana is responsible for building and growing Wayfair’s CastleGate forwarding organization, enabling end to end logistics products that are cost efficient, reliable and digital for Wayfair suppliers and driving end customer value. Vipul has an overall work experience of 27 years working with companies like Maersk, GE and Bank of America prior to joining Wayfair in 2021. During his time at Maersk, Vipul was responsible for building the logistics and services businesses. Vipul has an engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is based out of Boston MA.
